Frequently asked

Which devices does the app support?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. The book reads in both portrait and landscape orientations on iPhone, and in landscape on iPad.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the app is downloaded from the App Store, it never needs an internet connection. Every illustration, voice, and sound is bundled inside the app.
How do I open the settings?
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of any page. A small math problem will appear — this is a parental gate that prevents young readers from accidentally muting the music or narration. Drag the digit that matches the question to confirm.
The narration is too quiet (or too loud).
Open Settings (top-right gear) and toggle Narration off and back on; this re-balances the mix against the background music. If your device is in silent mode, the app will respect that.
How do I turn off the music?
Settings → toggle Background music off. The toggle persists between sessions.
I bought the app on one device. Will it work on my other devices?
Yes. App Store purchases follow your Apple ID. Sign in to the same Apple ID on your iPad (or another iPhone) and you can re-download Bubble Dragon at no additional cost.
I'd like a refund.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Apple's refund-request page walks you through the process.
Is the app safe for my child?
Yes. Bubble Dragon is in the App Store Kids Category, contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no external links, and no data collection. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
How was the artwork made?
Watercolor illustrations, narration, and music were created using AI tools and reviewed by a human before shipping. The character of Pip and the story were written by hand.
I have a feature request.
Email support@bubbledragon.xyz with the subject line "feature request". The book itself is intentionally finished — no new pages or in-app changes are planned — but we'd love to hear what you'd want in a future title.
